By opening an account with bipiri.com ("bipiri") you agree to the following terms and conditions. Use of bipiri's
website, prepaid calling service, or related services ("services") will constitute your consent to these terms and
conditions.
This document is a legally binding agreement. You must read the entire Terms and Conditions
carefully before using our services.
Disclaimers and
Limitation of Liability
bipiri does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted
or secure access to its services. The operation of bipiri's services may be
interfered with by numerous factors outside the control of bipiri.
Under no circumstances shall bipiri be liable for any damages that result from the use of or
inability to use bipiri's
services. bipiri will not be liable for any direct or indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of bipiri's services.
Your account will expire if there is no payment activity for
a six month period. Bipiri reserves the right to disable or terminate your expired
account.
Fraudulent
Activities
bipiri reserves the right to deactivate,
disable, cancel and remove any suspicious or fraudulent account with or without
notice. You are responsible for
providing accurate account information and preventing unauthorized use of your bipiri and credit card accounts. Please protect your account information. Bipiri
is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of your
account.
Features
Bipiri reserves
the right to add, remove, and modify any of its features with or without
notice.
Local access numbers and a toll free number are provided for
your convenience. Bipiri does not make
any guarantee of local access number or toll free number availability in any
particular location. You are responsible
for any charges you incur in the process of accessing our services. Please consult
with your carrier on any charges prior to accessing our local access or toll
free numbers.
The Caller ID feature enables you to bypass entering a PIN
number to place calls with your account.
You are responsible for accurately setting up your authorized caller id
numbers.
bipiri reserves the right to remove any call
history older than 90 days.
Availability of
Service
bipiri
makes no warranties or guarantees that any country or any number may be
accessible through its services. bipiri does not
guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of its services.
No Emergency Services
You expressly agree and understand that bipiri is not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any
type of hospital, law enforcement agency, medical care unit or any other kind
of emergency services.
Refunds
bipiri will issue a refund on any portion of
your account balance upon your request and at the sole discretion of bipiri.
Password and PIN
You are responsible for keeping your account's password (used
to log into bipiri's website) and PIN number (used to
place calls) confidential. Any use of
your account by you or any other individual will be considered legitimate
use.
Rates
bipiri's rate table is clearly listed on our website's
rates page. Rates are variable and are
determined by market conditions and/or any other economic factors. Thus, bipiri
cannot guarantee that the rates will not change, and bipiri reserves the right to adjust rates in the future. Please note that a special fee of $1.00 will
be charged for using our services from a payphone. Calls placed through any of our toll free
access numbers will incur an additional cent per minute. All calls are billed in increments of one
minute, with fractions rounded to a minute.

Customer support is reachable seven days a week, twenty four
hours a day via email at customerservice@bipiri.com. You can also reach customer service during
business hours at the phones listed in our 'contact us' page on bipiri's
website.
Changes to Terms and
Conditions
bipiri
reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and users
are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
This agreement shall remain in full force until such time that it is cancelled by either party. bipiri may cancel, suspend, or otherwise terminate services at any time without prior notice for any reason which in bipiri's judgment may preclude it from receiving payment for its services. To cancel your bipiri account, contact customer support via email at customersupport@bipiri.com or by calling 1-800-741-0381. We will provide you instructions to send us a letter that must be signed by you and must also include your bipiri PIN and current mailing address. Upon bipiri's receipt of your notice of cancellation you agree that bipiri has authorization to initiate a final charge if an outstanding balance exists.
